We started as a commercial cleaning company over 12 years ago.  As the years progressed and our business grew, we also began to hear from our customers and their frustrations. One consistent pain point was the time and frustration spent finding different contractors for multiple services needed within their business / facility. At Alliance, we have now grown to become a complete facilities management and maintenance company, with the ability to be a one-stop solution for all of these needs - allowing you to focus on your business, while we handle your building or facility needs (Building maintenance, scheduled systems servicing, repairs, janitorial, grounds upkeep, fire & safety, pest control, parking lot upkeep-repair, window cleaning, and more! If we don’t handle the service, we have a large network of vetted professionals. Instead of going through a bidding process with multiple vendors, we do the background checks & use our network to negotiate the most competitive price for our customers. Having more time to run their businesses, our customers now make one phone call and receive one invoice. Each contract and customer need is different. We work with businesses (large and small), management companies, boards & associations, Industrial & Manufacturing.
